The Board unanimously adopted the Rules during the July 8th, 2008 Board Meeting. These changes apply to all Kingswood properties, Owners and families, tenants and guests; therefore the Rules are essentially a deed restriction, and automatically a part of each lease, and the Owner is responsible for making sure their tenants have a copy of the Rules, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and that they follow them. The Rules are subordinate to the General Restrictions found in the Association's Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The Rules, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions will be evenly and strictly enforced; if violated by the Owner or family, tenants or guests, the Owner and tenants (if applicable) will be held responsible for corrective action, and any associated damages and fines. The Rules are available on the Association Documents page.
