The Kingswood Homeowner's Association (KHOA) Board of Directors has been working diligently to structure and organize practices and procedures. Strength Through Community The goal of the Kingswood HOA is create the most enjoyable, safe, and community oriented neighborhood in Kane County and St. Charles. We are so fortunate to live in a community that appeals to all types of families. Email Subscriptions The KHOA Board uses email as a means of distributing Kingswood information within the community. Thank you to those who have already subscribed, this is used for Kingswood related information only and for the exclusive use of the KHOA Board. Interested residents need to send an email to the KHOA President and provide their Name, Property Address, Phone Number, and Email Address. By providing this information, you would agree and understand that your information will be used exclusively by the KHOA Board to provide community information and that it will be your responsibility to ensure that your email address record remains current to ensure timely receipt of Kingswood information in this manner.
to keep their pets on their own property, as the Declaration and the Rules & Regulations apply to all homeowners in the subdivision. Please note Section 3.22 of the Declaration and paragraph 8 of the Rules & Regulations requires you to keep your pets on a leash at all times and to not allow them to run loose in the subdivision. In addition, Section 3.18 of the Declaration and paragraph 14 of the Rules & Regulations prohibit you from doing anything that will constitute a nuisance or annoyance to the other homeowners in the subdivision. There is also a St. Charles Ordinance prohibiting pets from leaving their owner's property unless they are on a leash. Noxious or Offensive Activity No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on in or upon a lot, nor shall anything be done which would constitute an annoyance or nuisance to other Owners. The following activities are specifically prohibited: Permitting rubbish and debris of any kind to accumulate on a lot, permitting unsightly plants or undergrowth or plants breeding infectious plants diseases or noxious insects to grow, and heating/air conditioning units installed in any windows.
